Loads and unloads trucks transporting furniture, equipment and supplies.
Washes vehicles inside and out when needed.
Operates forklifts or motorized pallet movers when loading, unloading, or storing furniture, equipment, supplies, and other types of cargo when needed.
Packs equipment and supplies in boxes and uses furniture pads to prevent damage to property.
Relief driver, which may include driving heavy single-unit trucks with a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating of 26,001 pounds or more when needed.
Loads trucks in such a manner as to distribute load evenly and to facilitate pickups and deliveries.
Moving or storing property at a warehouse when needed.
Requirements :
SELECTION REQUIREMENTS:
Three (3) months of experience loading and unloading trucks.
LICENSE:
Some positions may require a valid California Class C or Class B Driver License to perform job-related essential functions. Some positions may also require a special endorsement to drive assigned vehicles.
