Duties include evaluation, modification, implementation and oversight of complex networked computer systems and the distribution of PCs and other devices. Additionally, incumbents may supervise a technical staff, manage and maintain endpoint systems such as desktops, printers and various user based devices. This position will assist the IS service desk manager in maintaining service level agreements, asset inventory, and Help Desk tracking and support; determine departmental information technology (IT) needs, such as hardware requirements and capabilities; and recommend resolutions for hardware, software and network conflicts.
