Valid California drivers license or the ability to obtain one within 10 days of hire.
Specialized Skills Required:
Demonstrated knowledge of the laws, guidelines, and principles associated with producing and providing accessible instructional materials and web-based content.
Ability to develop and create accessible multimedia/video productions.
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree in educational technology, special education, communications, computer science, information systems, telecommunications, new media, or related field.
Ten years of experience providing instructional technology support, consultation and/or training in an educational setting.
Ten years of experience supporting faculty using Canvas or other learning management tools and systems.
Ten years of experience supporting faculty in designing hybrid and/or fully online courses.
Five years of eExperience supporting instructors in approaches to teaching and learning associated with Universal Design for Learning.
Experience producing accessible instructional materials including multimedia following Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
