Assists in assigning training under Safety Manager's supervision, tracking completion status, and providing compliance reports based on the Learning Management Systems data.
To maintain airport/county database for reporting injuries, incidents, near misses, safety inquiries, and ergonomic evaluations with guidance and leadership from the Safety and Loss Control Manager.
Assists in communicating airport/County safety requirements by serving as a liaison to Vendors, Tenants, Contractors, and Subcontractors.
Assists with the development of safety training and awareness classes
To run reports proactively in the OC safety system
Manages timelines and resources to ensure project deliverables are completed
Helps monitor and report accident/incident losses and trends
Help coordinate/track tenant meetings and job walks with all affected parties
Requirements :
The ideal candidate will possess six (6) months of work experience in a role supporting safety programs, safety reports, or safety databases.
