Cuts stencils and uses them in the reproduction of signs.
Fabricates signs by cutting letters and symbols out of reflective material or precut letters and placing self-adhesive sheeting onto aluminum blanks and laminating the completed signs.
Estimates the amount of materials required, and maintains work records including computerized work measurement and accounting systems.
Performs work in a shop or in the field.
Drives automotive equipment to and from work sites.
Works from swinging stage or ladders to paint signs on sides of buildings.
Supervises subordinate workers and vendors involved in sign making and other painting duties.
