Assist in updating, maintaining, and improving the horizontal asset Risk Based Assessment process
Analyzing specific regions to determine ultimate needs and layout of water or sewer lines
Project management or assistance in planning related projects, including Master Plan updates and Impact Fee studies
General trouble-shooting or analysis for internal stakeholders. This includes collaborating with Capital Delivery to ensure projects are appropriately designed. Collaboration with Field Operations will require pulling existing SCADA or flow meter data to perform I&I analysis and solve unstructured problems.
Provide guidance for development to external stakeholders
Direct supervision or guidance to non-engineering or graduate engineers, including technicians and development coordinators
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university with major course work in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering related field plus
Four (4) years experience in either development, design, or operation of water or wastewater systems
Possession of registration as a Professional Engineer in the State of Texas. If licensed in another state, continued employment will be contingent upon obtaining registration as a Professional Engineer within the State of Texas within six months of employment
