Description : â— Probation Cooks II who participate in and serve as lead workers over the serving and production of daily meals at a Juvenile Detention and Assessment Center. Positions oversee and train food service personnel in the preparation of meals and catered events; serve and oversee the serving of meals; assist in the preparation of menus, daily and monthly meal counts, and daily meal production (food usage) reports; and determine quantities of food to prepare.
Requirements : One (1) year of ( full-time equivalent ) experience as an institutional cook in a correctional facility, hospital, school, military facility, hotel, banquet hall, or similar institution, performing large quantity cooking, preparing single recipes in batches to serve 2 00 persons or more at a time.
