Use specialized expertise in Customer Relationship Management [CRM] and marketing technology software or platforms to improve the user (residents and internal data users) experience, reporting and campaign execution
Perform regular maintenance on Marketing Cloud contacts and distribution lists
Build and execute Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud campaigns to support agency and department goals
Monitor data quality to identify business trends and implement changes to improve marketing outcomes
Develop and regularly examine reports to identify and resolve any issues
Distribute monthly reports with key insights to communicate findings to primary stakeholders
Develop standard data retention processes for use across agencies and departments
Troubleshoot data issues from Marketing Cloud sends (e.g., bounces)
Requirements :
2-3 years of experience as business analyst, Salesforce administrator or marketing data analyst
Knowledge and experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and core CRM (Service Cloud)
Experience delivering projects using Agile-based methodologies and using backlog management platforms (Azure DevOps)
