High school diploma or equivalent and two years of highly responsible office support experience including one year in a legal/law enforcement environment, preferably in a high-level public contact position.
Prefer some continuing education in secretarial science, business or job-related.
Licenses and Certifications: (Depending upon area of assignment)
NCIC Certification within 6 months of hire/reclassification.
Must possess a valid state driver's license and maintain satisfactory motor vehicle record with the ability to obtain appropriate Nevada state driver’s license within required time frame.
Notary Public Certification may be required.
