Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Information Design, Instructional Design, Multimedia Education or a related field plus two years of relevant full-time experience or the equivalent part-time experience. Functional knowledge of the specialty area demonstrated by an understanding and use of advanced principles and theories.
