1. Faculty Support

• Support faculty in creating new and/or redesigning existing online courses to create innovative and technologically advanced learning environments
• Provide consultation and training in one-on-one, small, or large groups in face-to-face and online formats to enhance the use of the campus Learning Management System (LMS), program development, and instructional technologies

B. Media Resource Development

• Create media on the use of instructional technologies (short videos, infographics with step-by-step instructions, etc.)
• Evaluate instructional software, multimedia applications, and web-based educational technologies as a basis for meeting the needs of faculty

C. Website Maintenance

• Develop and maintain FTLC's website and other multimedia resources

D. Training Data

• Develop and maintain training data for use in annual reporting on services provided by the FTLC

Equivalent to a bachelors degree with a concentration in educational technology, instructional design, online teaching and learning, or a closely related field and two (2) years of professional experience in a position demonstrating:

• Proficiency in the use of the campus learning management system, Canvas.
• Experience with instructional design or closely related work
