• Manage large scale projects related to the Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
• Provide resolutions for production issues by performing analysis and leading communications with all Cerner IT application Subject Matter Experts (SME) and relevant HCA departments
• Act as the IRIS technical lead in maintaining current functionality when Cerner modifies existing data tables/structures
• Provide high level technical support and leadership to the IT team as well as to the program liaison teams
• Perform testing of new applications as they are being developed and conduct Level 2 testing after new code has been loaded or after down time situations

The ideal candidate will possess experience using Cerner or a similar EHR system and three (3) years of experience in SQL and Visual Basic software development and technology project management, preferably within a healthcare environment. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or in a closely related area is highly preferred.
