Duties will include various tasks in accordance with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) such as systems analysis, design, development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance and operations support; and defining project work activities, timelines, and system constraints. Additionally, the incumbent will write and maintain complex scripts and procedures; resolve complex technical problems with application and/or infrastructure; and monitor and process requests submitted to the SIRSU via email, Atlassian JIRA, and an IT Service Manager System.
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to effectively communicate through written and oral communication.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook).

• Ability to perform complex system analysis and solution design for new development and/or modifications to applications.
• Ability to resolve complex issues relating to business requirements and objectives.
• Experience developing and maintaining technical system documentation.
• Experience configuring, maintaining, managing, and modifying software tools and applications.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and developers to build and implement technology solutions.
• Experience conducting IT various testing including system integration testing, identifying defects, and working with development staff to resolve defects.
