Description : The Finance Manager is responsible for performing professional financial and accounting duties for all District operations, including sewage collection, treatment, solid waste, and recycling programs. Those include but are not limited to the preparation and management of biennial operating and capital budgets, generating Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports, performing cash flow projections, and managing District loans. A key focus of this position is to manage the broad arena of finance while at the same time ensuring the basics are attended to. In addition, develop and manage key relationships with department managers, understand departments business requirements, and collaborate with those internal customers to help them achieve their goals and objectives.
Requirements : A Bachelors degree in business administration, accounting and/or public administration with emphasis in accounting, finance, or business administration is required.
