The position responsibilities include teaching, research, and service in the Educational Leadership Doctoral Program and the Preliminary Administrative Services Credential Program which may include serving as dissertation or master's thesis or master's project chair.
• An earned doctorate in Educational Leadership or related field from an accredited university. Terminal degree must be earned by the start of the appointment.
• A commitment and a record of contributions to student success through applicant's teaching, scholarship, or service. This will be described in the Student Success Statement, which must address at least two of the inclusive excellence criteria listed above.
• Evidence of scholarly engagement and/or potential as demonstrated through conference presentations, publications and/or grant development that aligns with the department's commitment to social justice and equity.
• Educational leadership experience in diverse PK-12 settings.
