Description : â— Prepares, cooks, and serves a variety of food for regular and special diets; receives instructions on the amount of food to be prepared; carves meat; prepares, cooks, and serves meats, vegetables, salads, soups, desserts, and other foods and beverages; bakes bread, cakes and pastries; assists in supervising food preparation and see that meals are served on time; dishes up food, performs and helps supervise cleaning of kitchen and kitchen equipment; prepares oral and written reports, and posts records.
