Description : The Bureau of Development services is seeking a Business Systems Analyst III within the Performance Analytics and Continuous Improvement section. This new and e xciting role will focus on improving the customer experience and will aid in creating equitable and more efficient processes
Requirements : Experience with process analysis and design principles such as user story mapping, process mapping, relationship diagramming.
Experience managing multiple process improvement and/or technology projects simultaneously and ability to manage a dynamic workload with potentially competing timelines/priorities
Experience working collaboratively and conducting requirement interviews/workshops with business customers and information systems professionals to ensure all parties understand important information including project goals, business requirements , system requirements , and constraints.
Experience verbally and orally communicating project updates, recommendations , and/or decision points with senior leadership for complex proposals.
Experience applying an equity lens on all recommendations and ability to build relationships and trust within a multi-cultural workforce and to serve a diverse community.
