Description : â— Gather and document customer business requirements, analyze and document processes and procedures, assess business value and options, and develop recommendations.
â— Create test plans, trace results back to requirements, perform gap analysis, and participate in system tests.
â— Communicate and confirm acceptance of requirements and options. Validate ongoing support readiness.
â— Provide technical and functional support over multiple information systems and software functionalities. Audit and assess the validity of data in information systems.
â— Assist in managing projects designed to implement new software or information system functionality. Lead a team of analysts in support of information systems and projects.
â— Create and promote an equitable workplace that demonstrates an environment respectful of living and working in a multicultural society.
Requirements : â— Experience providing business analysis in the public sector.
â— Experience leading project initiation efforts (e.g., requirements, design, scope and cost), helping business partners and technology stakeholders make informed decisions.
â— Experience providing business analysis in a variety of project management environments (e.g., agile, hybrid, waterfall).
â— Project Management Institute Professional in Business Analysis (PMI PBA) or International Institute of Business Analysis Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (PMI CCBA) is preferred, but not required.
