Three (3) years of journey level trade experience as a contractor or a carpenter involved in commercial/industrial construction with thirty (30) semester units of higher education as noted below;

Two (2) years of experience as an Environmental and Safety Consultant II with the City of Fresno or equivalent with thirty semester units of higher education as noted below.

Educational requirements include accredited college or university course work in one of the following: Construction technology, architectural drafting, industrial technology, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, engineering, engineering technology or closely related field.
