The Accounting Officer (Spec) is responsible for monitoring all source documents to be encumbered, reconciling those documents and ensuring that the funding information is correct. Incumbent will have ongoing contact with all levels of Accounting staff, Budget and Bonds staff, as well as Field staff. This position will also backup the PO Unit during vacancies and on a need basis. We are located close to the State Capitol, Downtown and Light Rail.
