This position will be the on-site manager of Cathedral Gorge State Park’s gift shop. Primary job duties include operating and utilizing the Point of Sale (POS) system to: process sales, managing physical inventory, analyze sales data, receive merchandise, and balance received orders to packing slips. The incumbent will also be responsible for working directly with existing and new vendors to place orders of product and to create new site-specific products. The incumbent will also be responsible for ensuring deposits are completed in a timely and accurate manner. The incumbent will also be responsible for performing physical inventory ensuring that it is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for recruiting, training and supervising any part time employees or volunteers.
