In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:
Ability to apply Internal Control and Accounting Principles and Procedures; full working knowledge of Word and Excel software; familiarity with Access and Outlook email system; ability to learn quickly and acquire skills necessary to complete more complex tasks; ability to establish and maintain cooperative relationships; ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; ability to prepare correspondence in a clear and concise manner; ability to analyze situations, draw sound conclusions and implement an effective course of action. The individual should be dependable, motivated, reliable, and have a good attendance record.
