This position, under general supervision, will be responsible for using advanced skills in Access and Excel, the incumbent prepares and maintains data used to complete the cost allocation process. This position will be required to research and analyze various data to resolve discrepancies pertaining to but not limited to: payroll, accounts payable, time tracking, caseload, and other financial data. The incumbent prepares financial reports, assists in the preparation the division's grant allocations, and implements process improvements; assists with the divisions' biennial budget; maintaining and analyze the division's time tracking system; and makes recommendations to management team.
Graduation from high school or equivalent education and two years of technical and/or paraprofessional experience in the field in which the applicant is to be trained; OR Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in business or public administration, accounting, finance, or closely related field and one year of experience as described above; OR Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business or public administration, accounting, finance, or closely related field;
