Description : A graduate degree, either in library science or field relevant to the position.
Two years of work or internship experience in a library, preferably in reference, instruction, research support, or liaison work.
Meaningful involvement in initiatives relating to equity, diversity, and inclusion broadly defined.
Demonstrated ability to meet students and scholars wherever they are in their learning process, and a desire to help them grow by building relationships and providing research support.
Demonstrated ability to explain ideas to a variety of audiences and to listen well.
