Schedules, develops, and implements shuttle service for older adults.
Assists Senior Center receptionist in listing pick-up sites and clients.
Performs pre-trip vehicle inspections.
Cleans, maintains, checks, and inspects City vehicles; delivers vehicles for upkeep and repair as needed.
Provides safe and sensitive handling of older clients.
Reports all incidents as they relate to passengers.
Adheres to scheduled pick-up times.
Maintains weekly communication regarding needs, suggestions, and concerns with supervisor.
Performs related duties as assigned.

Any combination of training and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required qualifications would be:
Equivalent to completion of the twelfth (12th) grade and two (2) years of experience driving large vans. Must successfully complete a physical examination, drug screen, and background investigation (including fingerprinting).
