Asbestos Certification
CFDAI Certification (Certified Fire and Egress Door Assembly Inspector)
Prior experience at a similar higher education, military, government or a large multi-building facility environment.
Experience in a union environment.
Completion of apprenticeship program and/or formal course work or certificate program in mechanical/electrical trade.
Experience managing maintenance and construction budgets.
Completion of OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 Safety Trainings.
Ten years or more of journey-level experience as a carpenter.
