Description : â— Perform skilled tasks in major construction, renovation, concrete forming and finishing.
â— Read and interpret blue prints.
â— Operates heavy equipment such as, skid-steer, backhoe, steel wheel roller, ditcher and three (3) yard dump truck.
â— Able to read transit and set grades.
â— Read and follow general instructions with minimal supervision.
â— Able to estimate and inform supervisor on the construction materials to be used on assigned project, for the next day.
Requirements : â— Graduation from an accredited high school or equivalent, plus three (3) years of building maintenance and construction work, including heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing systems.
