• Responsible for multiple aspects of the Research Foundation Accounts Receivable and Billing processes.
• Performs balance sheet account and bank reconciliations.
• Review bank activity on a daily basis, for both Foundations, to ensure that all activity is recorded in the general ledger.
• Responsible for general ledger interfaces, journal entry preparation, and updating of financial schedules.

Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree with a major in accounting, business administration, economics, finance, public administration, or a closely related field and two (2) years of progressively responsible professional accounting experience required. Governmental accounting experience is desirable. Knowledge of GAAP, GASB, OMB A-133 highly preferred. CSU experience preferred
