Experience : 2 Yrs | Full Time
Description :
  • Perform maintenance/repair of electrical and mechanical systems
  • Responsible for insuring all locks, latches and door hinges are performing correctly
  • Work with hand tools, oversee the maintenance of HVAC motors and belts, and maintain and control the Building Automation System (BAS)
  • Other general maintenance repairs/replacements upon request.
Requirements :
  • High School Diploma/GED supplemented by specialized training in assigned trade and two years of related skilled trades experience.
  • Valid Texas Class C Driver’s License
  • Appropriate certifications related to specialized field.
  • Must pass drug screen and background check
