Provides technical support, configuration, and operational support for systems that include: Fleet systems (M5, Fuel Master), Construction Management, Cashiering Solutions, Timeclocks, Mobile Ticket Writing, Court Case Management and Queue Management Solutions.
Completes complex projects following industry standards along with those of the central IT division.
Provides instructions to end users and provides excellent customer service while attempting to create "Raving Fans".
Plans, reviews and participates in the preparation and implementation of departmental/divisional business application changes or updates.
Makes significant contributions to the success of projects by applying demonstrated knowledge and working as a team member across all sections in central IT.
Performs technical, operational, and training reviews of work performed by project and user teams.
Designs logic for programs or business application systems.
Prepares test data for unit testing, defines test schedule and test data requirements and analyzes test results.
Documents present procedures (SOPs) and operating methods (Checklists).
Gathers data for analysis of problem areas, analyzes documents, files and reports related to work flow, and designs systems improvements.
Coordinates the activities of departmental/divisional and IT staff to identify IT related operational tasks to be performed by designated personnel and provide technical support for those efforts.
Analyzes problems, determines cause and initiates corrective action.
Participates in project teams in the implementation of design/analysis and programming/coding initiatives.
Recommends and participates in process or procedure changes to provide for a continual process and quality improvement program.
Requirements :
REQUIRES an accredited Bachelor's degree and 4 years of technology experience; OR An equivalent combination of education and technology experience.
