• Provides technical expertise to project managers, department management, and/or user management regarding one or more major system development or maintenance efforts.
• Leads and participates in the work of a team of Application Developers engaged in the development or maintenance of the most highly technical programs.
• Leads and participates in the RESTful API programming and data integration implementation via integration engine in XML or JSON format.
• Leads and participates in the HL7 interface/data integration implementation via interface engine in various HL7 formats, and the development, maintenance, support of all the integration solutions, such as data parsing, bidirectional real-time HL7 data interfaces, data batch file processing using vendor specified APIs via SOAP and RESTful Web Services.
• Follows Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and participates in set-up, maintenance, and ongoing development of continuous build/ integration infrastructure.

Bachelor's degree or higher f rom an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field AND four (4) years of recent* progressively responsible**, full-time*** experience in a centralized information technology organization****, coding, testing and debugging application programs. Four (4) years of experience also required with the following technologies and practices:

• BACKEND programming in any of the following language: Java, C#, JavaScript, or Python, and related frameworks, such as Node.js.
• RESTful API connection projects and T-SQL or PL-SQL programming to perform CRUD operations.
• Developing stored procedures and packages
• GitHub, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), and Shell Scripting.
