The Criminal Record Expedite & Support Program (CRESP) has an excellent opportunity for a seasoned analyst to serve as a lead in a broad range of business analysis and support services to the program (see Duty Statement for more details). The Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) will be expected to independently identify the types of quantitative and/or qualitative analytical frameworks needed to clarify complex issues and resolve to program challenges. As the lead analyst, the AGPA will provide coaching and mentorship to the two Staff Services Analysts (SSAs) in the program. In addition, the AGPA may, with the approval of a manager, assign to the SSAs and oversee their specific work within a large or complex analytical project. In addition, the AGPA will be asked to provide coaching and mentoring to the SSAs in identifying and developing analytical frameworks, tools, and reporting. The AGPA will maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders; consult with internal and external subject matter experts to meet statutory and case law mandates; and when needed, represent the program in relevant meetings with senior management, DOJ executives, and external stakeholders.
