The primary duties include housekeeping and grounds maintenance functions; may act as lead person for seasonal maintenance staff when they are assigned to perform housekeeping functions, assist maintenance personnel in performance of routine repairs to buildings, structures, systems, grounds, roads, trails, and parking areas and ensure the health and safety of employees and visitors.
