Description :

This position will be responsible for the scheduling and coordination of our large event associate and event duty person team, attending events and directing this event associate team. Responsibilities include reviewing staffing needs for individual events, preparing monthly schedules, preparing and updating training documents, assisting with the onboarding and training of new team members and maintaining records related to the event team and events. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and organizational skills, experience scheduling and coordinating large teams and evaluating staffing needs for events.

Requirements :
  • Any combination of experience and education that would provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be:

  • Three (3) years of advanced journey-level experience in a public service operation responding to customer complaints and inquiries, providing responsible lead or operational support that included training and reviewing the work of subordinate staff.
