The Digital Media team are responsible for the Museums customer-facing digital content and products. The ultimate objective for the team is to deliver a world-class digital customer experience in support of the Museums vision.
We are looking for a highly collaborative UX designer to join the Museum to develop, launch and iterate on exciting new products. The designer will join a cross-functional product team comprising of a Product Manager, Digital Content Manager and Developers.
The designer will gather insights about user needs and UX best practice through user research, competitor analysis and data exploration. They will contribute UX thinking and design expertise to the team, advocating for the voice of the customer and contributing to a collaborative culture of idea exploration. The designer will bring these ideas to life through wireframing and prototyping.
