You'll work collaboratively across the organisation to help those in crisis by identifying new opportunities through your close involvement in the user experience and design communities. You will work alongside designers, software developers, product owners and researchers to help shape and design user journey maps for our websites and applications.
You will have a strong understanding of relevant UX and UI processes and patterns and working knowledge of ideation and creation of UI design deliverables. You will be responsible for rapidly prototyping and designing digital services and products that help people in crisis.
