Working within a small dynamic team you will receive intensive support and training whilst giving you the chance to work with clients and gain on-the-job experience.  The charity's client base all have a history of offending behaviour and may also suffer with drug or alcohol addiction, mental health issues, learning disabilities or a combination of all three.  Their role is support them in making changes to their lives to support a reduction in their offending behaviour.
