As a Service Designer, you will oversee the end-to-end journey of services to the welfare support and early years workforce in Wales.
Directing, leading and providing service design leadership on projects, you will meet user and business needs through analysis and interpretation.
You will manage the creation of, or change to, transactions, products and services across digital and offline channels. Considering who will use a service, how they will interact with it and how to improve it, you will test changes and work with users to improve services.
- Experience in user-centred design from concept to final delivery
- Experience designing services that meet user needs
- Experience creating service design artefacts
- Experience creating bilingual services
- Experience of data analysis and synthesis
- Experience sketching, concept creating and designing prototypes
- Experience of Microsoft Power Platform, web development and content creation systems
- The ability to prototype in code
- Knowledge of how to design end-to-end public services in an inclusive and accessible way
- An understanding of inclusive digital delivery platforms
- The ability to communicate well in both Welsh and English
- A degree or equivalent qualification
