• As a Service Designer, you will oversee the end-to-end journey of services to the welfare support and early years workforce in Wales.
• Directing, leading and providing service design leadership on projects, you will meet user and business needs through analysis and interpretation.
• You will manage the creation of, or change to, transactions, products and services across digital and offline channels. Considering who will use a service, how they will interact with it and how to improve it, you will test changes and work with users to improve services.

- Experience in user-centred design from concept to final delivery

- Experience designing services that meet user needs

- Experience creating service design artefacts

- Experience creating bilingual services

- Experience of data analysis and synthesis

- Experience sketching, concept creating and designing prototypes

- Experience of Microsoft Power Platform, web development and content creation systems

- The ability to prototype in code

- Knowledge of how to design end-to-end public services in an inclusive and accessible way

- An understanding of inclusive digital delivery platforms

- The ability to communicate well in both Welsh and English

- A degree or equivalent qualification
