The Senior L&D Coordinator post is a key role in our small Learning and Development team. Your role with involve leading on organising learning activities for staff, as well as specific quality improvement projects. You will also work with training delivery partners and subject matter experts, to develop new courses and to tailor course content to meet the organisation's needs.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for supervising the L&D Officer, in promotion and coordination of learning activities. This is a diverse role with opportunities for having an impact on our organisational culture.
Requirements :
The ability to work well with others and build effective relationships internally and with external trainers and other professionals
Experience of learning design and delivery, including experience of facilitating inclusive and engaging learning activities; face to face and online
Experience of planning and delivering on specific projects, to improve service delivery
Highly IT literate, including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes, and able to use technology to support learning and develop learning opportunities
Self-motivated, organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a busy team
