Take ownership of the end-to-end bid process, ensuring all timelines are met and that bids submitted are complete, accurate, and best reflect Arcus’ services and capabilities
Administration of sales CRM system and internal CRM for smooth running of formal and informal sales processes
Assist the sales lead in managing bid qualification for new opportunities
Produce quality written work, ensuring all bid documentation is clear, concise and compelling
Oversee framework submissions to G-cloud, Digital Services and other Frameworks as they emerge
Liaise with all parties involved in the bid process to ensure everyone is aware of deadlines and the level of contribution expected of them
Administration of the Tender Knowledge base
