Agree strategy at Scheme level • Work with Group Sales to agree sales values and price build strategy at scheme level
Monitor the accurate profiling of sales revenue and sales & marketing spend across your department to meet targets and budget plans
Produce monthly and annual forecasts for sales reservations, exchanges, and completions
Agree the procurement, lead performance management and review of the Association’s sales agents and other professional services
Embed a culture across the team that is driven by delivering an excellent customer experience and deliver their strategic priorities; Develop and implement a plan of delivering an excellent customer experience, to achieve consistent 90% customer satisfaction rate at all stages of the customer journey (from enquiry to viewing through progression to exchange and completion) which includes 5-star Trustpilot reviews
Ensure that all new build developments have a documented Sales & Marketing plan with appropriate marketing assets and collateral to ensure successful sales within business plan targets while achieving value for money
