Reception/Front of House duties Switchboard Operation (Avaya), announcing calls to relevant members of staff Greeting and signing-in visitors Organise Meeting Room Photocopying/Document Collation/Scanning Creating the Social Media Calendar and Strategy for the Foundation (looking at the causes the Foundation was involved in or going to be, choosing relevant dates to create posts related to the Foundation). Selecting quality photos from our archives or if using other photos making sure the copyrights are not breached Creating engaging text for each post, and story. Looking at trends in social media to strengthen our presence as a non-profit organisation Photos and video editing Other ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements :
Intermediate IT skills in Outlook, Excel and Word Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A high level of attention to detail with strong planning and organisational skills A "can do" approach and attitude, with a creative and problem-solving mindset The candidate should be fluent in English - Greek would be a plus.
