Responsible for daily opening of the PPL office, including office safety checks.
Ensuring the standard of the office environment is always kept high, that office supplies and stationery are in stock, and any maintenance issues are reported and dealt with in a timely manner.
Acting as the first point of contact for any visitors to PPL whilst on-site, including clients, visitors, and delivery drivers.
Responsible for the effective operation of the company printers/photocopiers, and general clerical duties including, photocopying, post, binding reports, shredding confidential information, and filing.
Providing administrative and technical support to the wider PPL team as required, including with Office365, SharePoint, MS Teams, Zoom, Survey Monkey,
Meetings and events
Responsible for organising and coordinating team events, workshop materials, and other meetings (internal and external).
Assisting in managing diaries and arranging meetings, interviews, and travel.
HR and records management
Assisting with HR and Recruitment activities including candidate management, onboarding of new joiners, administration of periodic performance reviews, updates to terms and conditions, and exit processes.
Performing data entry, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information.
Supporting the Operations team with the annual ISO audit processes, B Corp and other accreditations.
Communications
Supporting internal comms at PPL including the weekly newsletter, PPL events, social activities, team meetings and team updates.
Supporting external comms, including posting on the website, LinkedIn, and Twitter, case studies and award submissions.
