Delivering external training to teams across the private and statutory services, both digitally and face-to-face
Promoting and selling training products for Mind in Brent, Wandsworth & Westminster.
Acting as the point of contact for external training enquiries and bookings.
Managing delivery, alongside Training Lead, of external training, negotiating dates, training rates and providing great customer service
Working alongside the Training Lead to develop and refine a comprehensive programme of effective mental health training packages to increase understanding, knowledge, and skills in mental health.
Delivering accredited Mental Health First Aid training (dependant on applicant, there is scope to receive MHFA Train the Trainer training within the role) Identifying, researching and contacting sales leads to secure training sales.
Gather evaluation of our training sessions so we can keep improving them
Requirements :
A driven and enthusiastic individual with great interpersonal skills.
Someone with strong experience of training and some expertise and knowledge in providing mental health training and psychoeducational workshops to groups of people
Excited to provide external training to staff in statutory, voluntary, and private sector organisations.
Able to manage multiple client relationships, whilst delivering excellent customer service
Comfortable and confident to deliver training sessions digitally and in person
