- Contribute to the development of the overall marketing strategy to drive visitor numbers and ultimately sales
- Develop marketing plans including proposed spend level
- Create and manage networks and partnerships within the local community to raise the profile of the developments
- Ensure delivery of all marketing materials and advertising for the developments, liaising with key stakeholders and agencies as relevant
- Ensure optimised web presence including images, content and SEM visibility
- Develop the marketing database and CRM activity for the projects, including target lists and customer groups
- Agree sales event plans and manage major customer events and launches
- Develop and deliver local PR plans
- Evaluate activity to ensure performance, efficiency and ROI are maximised
- Manage phasing of the marketing budget for the developments, optimising cost per sale and providing monthly analysis of spend
- Previous experience in a marketing role, managing the development of marketing materials including advertising, direct marketing and web creative
- Experience of analysing and evaluating marketing activity and managing complex activity plans
- High level of numeracy and an analytical aptitude
- Understanding of design and print processes
- Experience managing agencies; the ideal candidate could come from an agency background
- Creative flair and ability to translate messages into strong marketing materials
- Knowledge of multi-site marketing and some residential property experience would be preferred
