Key responsibilities include managing the day-to-day activity on all our app platform, writing and optimizing content for the website, tracking and analsing traffic flow- providing regular monthly internal marketing reports via Google Analytics, and the app, event management across our sites and working with Digital media and Creative agencies to better our service.

We're looking for a passionate, self-motivated Marketing Campaign Executive to produce the best-in-sector marketing collateral and online strategies for our app, website, CRM and new scheme campaigns as well as running events across our portfolio. Working with the Marketing Manager and the wider Marketing team you'll use your skills to produce written and visual content for our digital outputs that expand the Folio brand reach and generates quality leads. Our development pipeline is varied in terms of location, property types and rent value and you will need to take ownership of the marketing of multiple schemes.
