Recent marketing experience in a people related organisation, ideally within education, health, charity or public sector.
Direct experience working in a marketing role with outcomes in social media, digital or email marketing.
Digitally savvy - knowledge of using various marketing software, e.g. Adobe Creative, Mail Chimp, Survey Monkey and Hootsuite - or able to pick up quickly.
Proven copywriting and proof-reading skills with high and consistent levels of attention to detail.
Creative thinker and solutions focused.
Proactive and innovative, gathering ideas and content to help promote our schools and services.
Experience of cross-organisational working within a complex environment with competing priorities.
