Oversee the management of marketing communications activity within this service area and provide guidance to marketing and communications team members (as appropriate) in delivering activity.
Lead on events for the marketing and communications team and provide guidance to managers working across events projects where required.
Deliver tangible and measurable outputs through their work and that of their teams
Implement & deliver on integrated marketing communications plans, using both physical and digital communication tools to engage audiences through a comprehensive programme of compelling and accessible communication
Contribute to the implementation of digital capability into marketing communications plans to the benefit of the customer
Manage and monitor the implementation of integrated channel and/or partnership marketing plans to meet the needs of customers, channel partners and the organisation
Manage brand(s) and co-ordinate brand support activities
Provide overall marketing communications support and advice to service area leadership and management teams as part of the specialist digital, comms and marketing team.
Requirements :
Significant experience of leading and delivering a range of marketing communications, digital and commercial activity across a complex multi-service product portfolio.
Understanding of digital communications and an appetite to stay up to date with the latest developments.
Experience of developing and delivering Omni channel sales and communications strategies.
Proven ability to work and deliver at a strategic level.
Demonstrate a measurable effect on team building and management and an ability to influence at a senior level.
