Description :
  1. Provide support to teachers and boys in the use of their computers/personal electronic devices.
  2. Manage the school’s IT repair/problem reporting process. 
  3. Maintain and service hardware throughout the school and carry out repairs, maintenance and upgrades.
  4. Install appropriate software onto computers and network servers.
  5. Setting up AV for school events, briefings and assemblies as required
  6. Establish and maintain communication links and good working relationships with external IT providers and internal departments, staff and pupils.
  7. Act as a support in the basic training of end users.
  8. Assist with the management and updating of the schools web page.
  9. Build accordingly new machines and install onto the network.
  10. Run appropriate virus detection software on both the Admin and Curriculum networks.
  11. Provide support on issues on the School’s MIS
  12. Undertake training as and when required
  13. Perform regular monitoring and maintenance of all ICT Services and solutions.
  14. To comply with all policies and procedures as specified by the school
  15. Manage repairs and maintenance call outs for reprographics equipment.
  16. To provide relevant reports on photocopying activity and usage.
  17. Any other duties deemed necessary.
